TopModel Q12x er en super-lettvekter med kavlar-karbon pod. Leveres ARF klar til montering av elektronikk. Modellen har flaps og er trukket i original oracover.

The EP glider Q12x is the super-lightweight version of our Q12. The pod is made of kevlar-Carbon fabric. The cross-section is very small, the weight is low.
The pod can accept battery ca. 1200-2S.
The tail servos are under the wing. Due the size of the pod, the low-profile servos Dymond D47 must be used.
The RTF weight is from 500 grams only.
The Q12 takes use from our long-years experience with DLG models. The gliders, made with the foam/skin technology, flew much better, than those stick and film types. The main reason was seemingly the overall improvement of aerodynamic properties.The foam/skin design provides much higher rigidity. The A/R can be very high. The ailerons and brakes will not warp. The A/R is about same as that of free flight power models.
Each half of the wing is made as single part. The dihedral is built in during the molding process.
